FREEWAY JESUS

Freeway Jesus was the brainchild of synthesizer artists Sauceless K'Bob and Timeless Manny, brothers from Detroit Michigan. They recruited their neighbor, Pat House who was in a Ska band in college, a local businesswoman Sally Sumac who sang backup in a number of shows in Reno, and local musician DJ Earthworm. They came together to make one great song, and it worked. Their song "SPACE LIONS" is about a peace agreement with an alien race of magic lions. The entire band disappeared for a month last year, and some have speculated that this song was inspired by the events of that period of time. After releasing SPACE LIONS, the group disbanded, trusting that a cult following would emerge in time.
